The CW'S Flash Season 8 Episode 17 Highlights:
• There is a new speed star in Town
The show starts up with Barry running to quench a fire labs where he find out that someone has already quenched at superspeed and saves the civilians .
Barry and chester investigates and Discovers that there is a new speed star in Town .His first suspect was Eoboad thawne .so he goes to meet up with him at iron heights .

Barry(Grant Gustin)Goes To See The Reverse Flash (Tom Cavanash)
"What made you run all the way to see me "says thawne.
Barry tells him concerning the case of the new speed star trying to get a clue from thawne . Thawne later tells him that this new speed star is just like you eight years ago . That's when tte idea sets inin Barry mind looking at this case from another perspective then he leaves .
•. Ellegra and Chester with help of CC-media Takes Down "The Aranās.
With Barry out to see thawne is up to ellegra and chester too keep the city safe .ellegra meets up with her former colleague at iron
heights and tells her that a secret group" the Aranās" has been resurrected in keystone city and his they have been laying to waste anyone that tries to stop them and expose them .
Ellegra conviences her that she is the key in exposing them through CC-Media unknownly for them they are being watched by sunshine (Rollins) who is a part of the group .
Sunshine meets up with doctor light to plot against ellegra's colleague inorder to lay her to waste .
Finally , it was for the interview at CC-media before they could start CC-Media is attacked and out under siege by sunshine and doctor light in an attempt go kill ellegra's colleague.
Chester enables a force field around them making CC-medka impenetrable by the ''aranās" but it won't last long . Ellegra tries using the distress signal but it won't go through because of the signal jammers.so it appears ellegra,her colleague ,chester and whole of team CC-Media is trapped .
The Aranās makes a deal them trading ellegra's colleague's life for theirs but they don't even consider the deal but tailer considers it .
Tailer uses this opportunity to blame ellegra exposing ellegra's last identity telling the team that she was one of them ,
giving the team the idea thag because of her their lives are in danger.
Ellegra apologizes and tells them to trust her with her plan .
So ths whole team co-operates inorder to survive after revealing her identity as the light meta that works along side the flash .
Soon, the Aranās were able to disable the force field only to see ellegra
then she tells them they would have to go through her first.
It's two versus one ellegra was able to take them out with powers after being shot by doctor light.
Without ggem kniwing that during the fight the interview was going and thejr identities has been exposed,so they has to back out.
Later on ,chester narrates their experience to Barry wmat star-labs .
Caitlin's (Danielle Panabaker) call comes in informing the team that
gse would be gone for a long while to stay in her mum's inofder to clear her head.
• Barry Meets The New Speed Star:
Barry finally catches the new speed star returning the tech she stole Barry tries to ask her some questiy but she was resilient ,
she tried to out run Barry but clearly ,Barry was faster so she couldn't she throws a lightening bolt at hik but he dodges it
she was amazed and Said " I move at the speed of sound but...." Barry says "I'm way more faster than that". She reveals her identity to the flash she opens up telling him that she is trying to train this ability she has and it's temporary and tells him she stole that earlier just ti do that.
Barry says he will be happy to help her train herself.
